Part-Time Customer Service Support

We're looking for an outgoing and friendly part-time team member to help us with customer service support! This job includes but is not limited to answering customer phone calls, assisting with questions, helping with order damages, sending replacement shipments, and more. This job also includes assisting with product returns, donations, as well as putting together gift set items.

Part-Time Puller/Packer

We're looking for a fast-paced, outgoing part-time team member to help us pull items and pack orders on our Zum shipment line! This position requires standing for long hours and occasionally lifting heavy boxes.
