"I got this and was so excited! But when I opened it, it smelled putrid. The oils had gone bad. I gave it one star because I am disabled and have a hard time getting around and was asked of customer service to ship it back to them. They don’t pay for labels and give you no other option. I can’t get to a UPS store and am so sad they didn’t give me a refund or reship option. Love the products but disappointing customer service, didn’t even get an “I’m sorry“. Will no longer be using this company for household needs."

I really like Frankincense & Myrrh body wash. One question I have for this product, ingredients mentioned Fragrance, I want to know is that mean synthetic fragrance in it?
Hi Agnes, Yes - our Frankincense, Amber, and select seasonal products contain paraben-free, phthalate-free fragrance oil in addition to essential oils. If you're looking to stick completely natural we suggest any of the other body soap scents :)
